CHALLENGE
Bluestone Development chose REBEL INTERACTIVE to help make strategic sense of their Website data. While managing sites for multiple important real estate development projects, Bluestone Development wanted to get a firm understanding of their traffic patterns to maximize their ROI. The group also felt that they were missing key data about who the visitors were and why they visited the Websites. One burning question was, How do we master the Gen X market?
SOLUTION
REBEL INTERACTIVE devoted time to understand the goals of each Bluestone Development Website, the concerns about data gathering and analysis, and the success points of each real estate project. REBEL INTERACTIVE worked with Bluestone Development’s previous Website Agency to properly code each Website for optimum tracking. After the new, usable traffic data was gathered, REBEL INTERACTIVE trained the client how to read and understand the data, which was an important issue to the client.
REBEL INTERACTIVE also developed breakthrough online Surveys with MAJOR ATTITUDE(!) and multiple Branded E-Blast Solutions to suit Bluestone Development’s targeted audiences. REBEL INTERACTIVE created and implemented the Surveys, and then examined the results to capture usable information about visitors.
