Midtown Crossing
CHALLENGE
Midtown Crossing, a major infill development project by Mutual of Omaha, needed an innovative way to display the layouts, pricing and availability of their brand-new luxury apartments. For a project of this magnitude, they wanted something engaging and fresh.
SOLUTION
REBEL INTERACTIVE designed and developed an Interactive floorplan showcase for ten levels of apartment living. Potential tenants can see which apartments are leased or available, square footage and rent. Plus, each floorplan is virtually "staged" to showcase the potential of individual units, from the spacious bathrooms and modern kitchens to the patio doors overlooking a mature treeline.
