Bluestone Development

REBEL worked with Bluestone Development to build a community brand for Benson, an older neighborhood in the north-midtown area of Omaha that has become increasingly known for its nightlife and independent music scene. The neighborhood needed a unifying concept that would maintain its roots while integrating recent demographic shifts. The result was a powerful community brand and a sustainable website that keeps Bensonites and visitors updated on area goings-on, and brings old and new residents of the community together under a common umbrella.

Bluestone also asked REBEL to develop interactive surveys to measure consumer interest in their housing developments (including downtown's SoMa community), along with online community forums to serve as private resources for neighborhood residents – with information on homeowner policies, community meeting notes, and event planning – creating a unique communication platform for neighbors.
