The Process

1 | Planning

Clients under Contract will be invited to select a date and prepare for a Strategic Planning Session. Tailored for your unique Website Solution, this meeting identifies the scope and needs of your project and establishes the project timeline. You will be introduced to your professional REBEL Web Team and coached through each phase of your project. REBEL will provide an output document from this meeting that will be submitted to you for sign-off and will be treated as the source document for your successful Website Program.

2 | Content

Content refers to the images (photography and logos) and text (copy, links, and files) on your Website. Relevant and well-written content is essential for good business, search engine optimization, social media integration, and general Website excellence. A meeting early in the process with our strategist (Content Goddess, really) ensures a solid audit, smooth navigation, clean writing, and a flexible, functional Design that truly reflects your message.

3 | Design

With winning global Branding and Design status, REBEL will design a unique concept to bring your Brand to life online. With access to millions of royalty-free images, in-house photography and video services, and the latest graphic design applications, REBEL will present a compelling Website Design for your review, enhancement, and approval. Your complete satisfaction is required to move into the next phase of your successful Website program.

4 | Development

Moving into development represents strategy, content, design, and technology coming together on REBEL's internal development server. You will be provided a jump to your online development Website to monitor coding progress. As Development nears completion, your REBEL Web Team will work with you to prepare your Website for final review. Your Project Manager will request a "List to Launch" to ensure clear and efficient communication in the final stages of development.

5 | Testing & Launch

To ensure Website excellence, REBEL offers varying levels of Website testing including: content proofing, browser compatibility, functionality testing, and hacking tolerance. During testing, REBEL will accept and resolve any issues or bugs with your Website prior to Launch. When testing is complete, REBEL will provide a Launch Approval document for your authorization with a 15-point cheat sheet so that nothing is overlooked and you can be certain about the integrity of your Website Launch. With your approval, REBEL will launch your Website for all to see.

6 | Training

Training? You bet. Training and documentation are included with REBEL Website Solutions. When you purchase our Open Source Content Management Solution, you get the keys to the kingdom. We want you to be empowered to make your Website investment work powerfully for you at the drop of a password. And, after your in-person training, we offer phone and email support, just in case you need a refresher.

7 | Warranty & Service

For additional peace of mind, REBEL Websites include a post-launch warranty for revisions to existing Website code and content. Extended Service Agreement packages are recommended to keep your Website relevant and healthy. We also think it's a great idea when you upgrade your Website with Video and maximize your image with Branding.
